Application and Membership
Application process
Membership at ASPERRA is by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review all applications and reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
Strategy calls
Booking a strategy call is a non-binding enquiry. It does not constitute an application or commitment. Call scheduling is subject to availability.
Acceptance and enrollment
Upon acceptance, you will receive a formal membership agreement detailing your specific programme, tier, payment terms, and start date. These Terms apply in addition to that membership agreement. In the event of any conflict, the membership agreement shall take precedence.
Membership tiers
We offer multiple membership tiers (Explorer, Navigator, Constellation), each with different features and pricing. The specific inclusions and pricing for each tier are described on our website and in the membership agreement. We reserve the right to modify tier structures and pricing for future enrollment periods.
Fees and Payment
- All fees are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated
- Pricing displayed on our website is indicative and starts “from” the stated amount; final pricing is confirmed in your membership agreement
- Payment is due according to the schedule in your membership agreement (annual or quarterly instalments)
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your membership agreement or required by applicable law
- We reserve the right to suspend access to Services for overdue payments
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cooling-off period: if you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the membership agreement, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, provided that Services have not yet commenced
- Cancellation after cooling-off: cancellation terms are governed by your membership agreement. In general, memberships run for the full programme period and are non-refundable after the cooling-off period
- Our right to cancel: we may terminate your membership if you breach these Terms, the membership agreement, or our Code of Conduct, or for any conduct that we deem harmful to the community
User Conduct
As a user of our website and, if applicable, a member of ASPERRA, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms and communications
- Treat all ASPERRA staff, instructors, members, and their families with respect and courtesy
- Maintain the confidentiality of mastermind sessions and private community discussions

- Programme deliverables (strategy documents, plans, roadmaps) created during your membership are provided for your personal family use only and may not be commercially redistributed
- The ASPERRA name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of ASPERRA and may not be used without permission
Confidentiality
ASPERRA values the privacy and trust of its community. As part of our Services:
- Mastermind sessions operate under strict confidentiality — what is shared within the group stays within the group
- Member identities, family details, and discussion content must not be disclosed to non-members
- We may require members to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as a condition of participation in certain programmes
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis

- Educational content, strategic advice, and expert guidance provided through our programmes are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional legal, financial, tax, medical, or psychological advice
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to ASPERRA in the 12 months preceding the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active members by email. Your continued use of our website or Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
